The right question: Where should you be spending your time?

If you’re a founder who loves being in Meta Ads Manager, great. Stay there until you’re spending $5K+ monthly. Learn the platform. Test everything.

But if you’re a founder who should be talking to customers, fixing your supply chain, or building your product roadmap…stop managing ads!

Your time has a dollar value. If you’re worth $200/hour as a CEO but spending 20 hours weekly on ads, you’re burning $4,000 in opportunity cost. An agency costs less than that.

Size doesn’t matter.

Priority does.

The brands that scale fastest aren’t always the biggest. They’re the ones that know what to keep internal and what to partner on.

There’s no trophy for doing everything yourself. Just slower growth.
